WHILE DRIVING IGINITON SWITCH WAS VERY HOT. WHEN THE CONSUMER WENT INTO THE STORE THE VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE DUE TO THE IGINITON SWITCH BEING HOT AND BURNED THE STARTER. *AK
AUTOMATIC SEATBELT ON DRIVER SIDE IS JAMMED/STUCK IN THE MIDDLE, WILL NOT MOVE OR RETRACT. COULD CAUSE LOSS OF PROTECTION DURING AN ACCIDENT.
IGNITION HAS FAILED FOUR TIMES.
WHILE DRIVING 60MPH THE THROTTLE WOULD STICK. CAN HAPPEN AT ANY SPEED ABOVE 55MPH. HAVE TO TURN VEHICLE & WAIT 15MINUTES & THEN RESTARTED VEHICLE. BEEN TO DEALER 7-9 TIMES FOR SAME PROBLEM. *AK
WHILE TRYING TO START UP THE VEHICLE THERE WAS'NT ENOUGH POWER GETTING TO THE ENGINE. WHEN TURNING A CORNER, THE VEHICLE ACTED LIKE IT WANTED TO CUT OFF, AND THERE WASN'T ENOUGH GAS GOING TO THE TANK. CONTACTED THE DEALER, DEALER ADVISED TO BRING THE VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE. *AK
FRONT RESTRAINTS WILLL NOT RETRACT. THE DEALER HAS NOT BEEN NOTIFIED. *AK
IGNITION SWITCH FAILED, CAUSING VEHICLE TO STALL/NOT START AS PER MANUFACTURER'S RECALL. RECALL REPAIRS REFUSED DUE TO YEAR OF MODEL 95S28.

FATIGUE CRACKS CAN DEVELOP IN THE SOLDER JOINT BETWEEN THE FUEL RETURN TUBE AND THE FUEL PUMP SENDING UNIT LOCATED AT THE TOP OF THE FUEL TANK.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: SHOULD A CRACK DEVELOP, FUEL VAPOR CAN ESCAPE FROM THETANK WHEN THE TANK IS FULL, AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF FUEL CAN LEAK FROM THE CRACK.FUEL LEAKS CAN RESULT IN FIRE WHEN EXPOSED TO A SOURCE OF IGNITION.
Remedy: INSTALL A NEW FUEL PUMP SENDING ASSEMBLY.

THE STOP LAMP SWITCHES COULD INTERMITTENTLY MALFUNCTION RESULTING IN THE STOP LAMPS NOT ILLUMINATING WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: THIS COULD RESULT IN FOLLOWING MOTORISTS NOT BEINGSIGNALED THAT THE VEHICLE IS BRAKING, AND COULD RESULT IN A COLLISION.
Remedy: REPLACE THE FAULTY STOP LAMP SWITCHES.
