Unresolved/unrepairable safety recall Engine RPM's revving abnormally high without corresponding acceleration; extremely slow and delayed acceleration. Sudden and unexpected jolts or surge of power following periods of inadequate acceleration. Significant difficulty safely accelerating and merging onto a freeway. Loss or lack of expected power when accelerating. Rattling and vibrating at the front of the vehicle when it is hot outside or car is hot. Inaccurate fuel gauge at times when hot All concerns above have been discussed and worked on by Walnut Creek Ford Service Center, California. I was told that the recall remedy is not ready, to drive the car in Sport Mode and that they lowered power in the fuel area. The safety recall concerns me due to the risk of fire and the lack of acceleration is definitely a hazard on the road. There were no warning lights, only the feel of the loss of acceleration. Copies of all documents and service records have been sent for a formal complaint to the NHTSA. They will not be uploaded to this complaint.

I purchased a new 2024 Ford Bronco Sport on XXX from Sayville Ford in [XXX]. They failed to disclose an unremedied safety recall (24V-267) on the vehicle that was issued on XXX and still sold me the vehicle. When I went back to them after seeing that there was a recall on the car, they denied the existence of the recall despite me showing them the recall notice on both the NHTSA and Ford websites. Last year there was another safety recall for leaking fuel injectors (25V-467) that I brought my car in for service, and they claimed to have done a software fix. Upon checking the recall checked on the NHTSA website (6 months after service) it lists that the safety recall work was never performed, despite the dealership keeping my car for the entire day and telling me the work was performed. This dealership has been evasive and deceptive when I have confronted them about these issues and should be examined and fined for their practices. This is not a complaint against the dealership, but against the individual that was in charge of compliance. I am an attorney in Maine and it started with the fact that under main law, a dealer has to give two keys and if they don’t have it for free calibrated, and I got one key in the master key was not given, and there was issues with that and the compliance guy and finance a warranty guy whose name I forget, but they know who he is cause I’ve talked to them. He told me he had never heard of it and I showed him the statute and I just didn’t argue but then February 7 six days after the recall for the 25V685000 engine block heater, recall compliance date was over with the first visit that occurred of cooling overheating because of that and I know about the recall from researching it, but this compliance finance warranty guy search his computer, so he looked like even though it’s the second one that pops up on my vin and lied to my face saying that there’s no recall about coolant systems and heater blocks, and not liking to be pissed on and until it’s raining I just said OK so it’s another problem occurs and there is a recall. You do understand that I like the family that owns this place. I’m going to come after you because if there’s any engine damage or whatever you have. To comply with recalls, and I didn’t let him know I knew about it.. well 30 days after suspension of my license when my boat battery goes down, I will clean the boat both cars sitting in the parking lot to start driving it and I turned on the coolant overheating again and as the heater block does cause a crack I fixed crack please do not come down with the dealership. It’s only a good family. Please ask for the Man office straight out the door with gray hair. That’s the one that I’m don’t know what I’m talking about. I don’t know if he has any license or anything, but he should be fined if anybody. Because there are two incidences because it was their opportunity to cure under law 7 of Feb 1st

Sometimes the Ford Bronco will hesitate to move from a stop position especially when the auto start and stop has been engaged during periods of driving. Also the vehicle hesitated when trying to change lanes. I had to push gas peddle all the way down in order to get into another lane. Several times the light is green for me to go and there is several seconds of hesitation and then the vehicle would go. The severity of these issues occurred in the months of April and May 2026, but I have taken vehicle into 2 different dealerships and they can't seem to locate problem

This vehicle was sold to me by Front Royal Ford on August 16, 2025 with an UNDISCLOSED active safety recall. This vehicle recall still shows as active and the car remains in an "unsold" status within the Ford system, since they legally were not permitted to sell me the vehicle. I only discovered this after the car's engine light went off in September 2025, and a dealership in Indiana refused to initially do any work on it, stating it wasn't under warranty. The first repair was on September 25, 2025 and the repair was stated as a loose wire, the second repair to replace an actuator was on December 16, 2025, and it's presently undergoing a third repair for an engine misfire that occured on May 17, 2026. At this point, the repairs all related to the engine qualify for the lemon law and the car was never supposed to be sold with an open safety recall.

January 10, 2026. My battery abruptly stalled. It was charged drove a few feet in the car just stopped. The car was towed, and the battery was deemed faulty and needed replacement. May 10. The engine coolant light came on. The car would turn on and then abruptly stalled. Mid traffic. The car again was towed and it was deemed had a faulty coolant pump. I asked for the fuel injection system to be looked at and they said my card does not have a Vin recall. These two prior issues established the fact that something is wrong with my vehicle and should have been included in the main Ford recall. I would like my VIN number added for the safety of my car and to be able to get the updates necessary for the fuel injection cracks that occur in this year bronco. The dealership is refusing to do this.
