47 reportsWHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD WHETHER IT IS 20 OR 60MPH, WHEN LOOSENING UP ON THE STEERING WHEEL IT WILL PULL EXTREMELY HARD TO THE RIGHT. WHEN DRIVING LONG DISTANCE, DRIVER HAS TO FIGHT THE STEERING WHEEL IN ORDER TO HOLD IT. IT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP EIGHT TIMES. THEY HAVE REPLACED FRONT BRAKES, AND SHOCKS. *AK
TRUCK IS NOT ABLE TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY STOP FROM 40MPH OR ABOVE. STOPPING DISTANCE IS FAR TOO GREAT. IT HAPPENS OFTEN. ALMOST KILLED TWO CHILDREN CROSSING THE STREET. BRAKES ALSO FAIL MOMENTARILY WHEN I HIT A BUMP WHILE APPLYING THE BRAKES. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE. A RECALL IS NEEDED. *AK
WHEN DRIVING AT 35 MPH APPLIED THE BRAKES AND THE ABS LIGHT CAME ON, BRAKE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOORBOARD, CAUSING CONSUMER NOT TO HAVE ANY BRAKES. CONSUMER HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE HEAD-ON, AND THE AIR BAGS DIDN'T DEPLOY. *AK
