TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE ESP AND TRACTION CONTROL SENSOR LIGHTS WOULD SUDDENLY ILLUMINATE BEFORE THE VEHICLE WOULD SHUT OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. ALSO, THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE THE HEAD LIGHTS WOULD SUDDENLY SHUT OFF. THE LIGHT BULBS WERE REPLACED BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT A COMPUTER MODULE WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 78,000.
