THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT REPAIR SHOP MORE THAN FIVE TIMES FOR VARIOUS REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED NO PERMANENT REMEDY. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE UNKNOWN.
