HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY IN BOTH THE RIGHT AND LEFT HEADLAMP FAILED.
THE POST IN THE DOOR FRAME WHICH KEEPS THE DOOR CLOSED IS CRACKED, NOT ALLOWING THE DOOR TO SHUT SECURELY. CAUSE UNKNOWN. *AK *ML
WINDSHIELD WIPERS INTERMITTENTLY TURN ITSELF OFF WHILE ON. ADVISED BY DEALER THAT IT WAS PROABABLY A CIRCUIT BREAKER OVERLOAD. DEALER/MANUFACTURER NOTIFIED, AND INFORMED CONSUMER REPAIR WOULD ONLY BE MADE AT COST TO CONSUMER. *AK *ML
WHEN FILLING THE GAS TANK, THE FUEL OVERFLOW SPILLS OUT, HITTING THE TAIL PIPE WHICH COULD CAUSE A FIRE. DEALER NOT ABLE TO CORRECT. THIS VAN WAS CONVERTED BY STARCRAFT. MODEL ST20 SERIES. *AK
WAS DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, GOING DOWN SLIGHT HILL WHEN ABS BRAKES DID NOT STOP ON DRY PAVEMENT. THEY ALSO DID NOT STOP ON STREETS WITH ICE SPOTS. VEHICLE KEPT ROLLING FOR ABOUT 60 FEET, DEALER SAID CANNOT NOT FIND ANY PROBLEM IF ABS LIGHT IS NOT COMING ON. *AK
WHEN THE VEHICLE IS PLACED IN THE PARK POSITION THE VEHICLE DOES NOT GO INTO DRIVE. CONSUMER, THEREFORE, NEEDED TO TURN THE IGNITION HALF-WAY, PLACED THE VEHICLE IN NEUTRAL AND RESTARTED THE VEHICLE. THEN PLACED THE VEHICLE FROM NEUTRAL INTO DRIVE IN ORDER FOR THE VEHICLE TO GO INTO GEAR. *AK
DRIVER SIDE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY DURING HEAD ON COLLISION, SPEED 50 MPH, VEHICLE TURNED OVER, HIT ON FRONT AGAIN, AIRBAG STILL DID NOT DEPLOY, VEHICLE TOTALED.. *AK
