MIRROR WAS REPLACED ONCE. REAR CAMERA WAS REPLACED TWICE. THIS WAS AFTER A GM SERVICE PERSON WAS SENT DOWN TO ROTOLO TO LOOK INTO IT. SINCE THEN NOTHING HAS BEEN REPAIRED. SERVICE REPS KEEP SAYING THEY CAN'T GET IT TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEMS. WE HAVE VIDEO AND PHOTOS OF ISSUES. MATT WOLF WAS THE GM INVESTIGATOR. HE NEVER RETURNS CALLS/EMAILS. YESTERDAY AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO DIFFERENT GM DEPARTMENTS, I WAS INFORMED HE NO LONGER WORKS WITH THE COMPANY. THE LAST THING I WAS TOLD WAS TO WAIT FOR A CALL TO BRING THE VEHICLE INTO ROTOLO SO ANOTHER GM SERVICE PERSON WOULD BE SENT. THAT WAS OVER 2 MONTHS AGO. SINCE NO ONE HAS CALLED I SCHEDULED ANOTHER SERVICE FOR SAT. VEHICLE CANNOT BE DRIVEN AND HAS TO SIT PARKED. IT IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. PROBLEMS ONGOING SINCE 4/2019.
