REAR OUTBOARD SEATS HAVE HEAD RESTRAINTS THAT MAY NOT MEET MINIMUM SAFTEY HEIGHTS, THEY ARE TOO SMALL AND DO NOT EXTEND HIGH ENOUGH, THEY ALSO DO NOT LOCK INTO POSITION. FRONT CENTER SEAT HAS NO HEAD RESTRAINT. FRONT CENTER SEAT HAS NO SHOULDER BELT, HAS LAP BELT ONLY.
