3 reportsWE COULD HEAR THE TRUCK MAKING A GRINDING NOISE AS WE SLOWED FOR A STOP SIGN. WHEN WE LOOKED, THE WHOLE BRAKE PAD WAS MISSING FROM THE DRIVERS SIDE REAR BRAKES. THIS CAUSED EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO THE ROTOR. WE HAVE SINCE REPLACED THE REAR BRAKE PADS SEVERAL TIMES BUT THE FRONT BRAKES HAVE NOT BEEN REPLACED A SINGLE TIME.
2009 CHEVROLET SILVERADO. CONSUMER STATES PROBLEM WITH VEHICLE ROTOR *TGW THREE WEEKS AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED, THE VEHICLE HAD TO BE SERVICED FOR A FRONT ROTOR PROBLEM. SINCE THEN, THE ROTORS HAVE BEEN TURNED AND REPLACED. ON AUGUST 24, 2010 THEY WERE TURNED AGAIN. *JB
