AFTER REVIEWING THE WWW, I HAVE LEARNED THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM THAT MANY RVERS FACE. THE GMC WORKHORSE DEALER THAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS CHASSIS CANNOT REPAIR THE PROBLEM. GM DOES NOT APPEAR TO PROVIDE A SOLUTION. MANY RVERS ARE REPORTING THAT THEIR "SOLUTION" IS TO DISABLE THE PARKING BRAKE. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY UNDESIRED.*AK
