FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN TO THE DEALERSHIP 6 TIMES FOR THE SAME ISSUE. ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS THE CAR WHILE TRAVELING BOTH ON THE HIGHWAY AND IN THE CITY THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ONE AND IT GOES INTO REDUCED POWER MODE. ON THE HIGHWAY THIS CAN BE A HUGE ISSUE. AFTER MULTIPLE 'FIXES' IT'S SEEMS TO BE OK. HOWEVER ON 10/3/2019 WHILE SITTING AT A RED LIGHT THE AUTO STOP FEATURE KICKED ON. NOTHING NEW THERE HOWEVER WHEN I TOOK MY FOOT OFF THE BRAKE THE CAR COMPLETELY STALLED AND THE DOORS ALL UNLOCKED. AFTER ABOUT 10 SECONDS IT STARTED BACK UP AGAIN. NOW THE AUTO STOP DOESN'T KICK ON AT ALL AND THE CAR WILL NOT LET ME USE AUXILIARY POWER. THE CAR IS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD AND SHOULDN'T HAVE THIS MANY ISSUES. WHEN I TAKE IT TO THE DEALER THEY PUT IT ON THE COMPUTER AND SAY NOTHING IS WRONG. WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE FOR GM TO FIX THIS ISSUE IN THESE MALIBU'S? IS SOMEONE GOING TO HAVE TO BE INJURED?

WHEN THIS CAR ENTERS THIS MODE WHEN I TAKE MY FOOT OFF OF THE BREAK IT IS SUPPOSED TO START AGAIN BUT WHEN I TAKE MY FOOT OFF OF THE BREAK IT WILL JUST COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN, WHEN I TRY TO START THE CAR AGAIN IT WILL JUST STALL. I WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT ON JUNE 9TH 2019 WHERE THE CAR CUT OFF AND ROLLED BACK INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THIS IS JUST ONE OCCASION OF THE CAR CUTTING OFF ON ME AND BECOMING IMMOBILE. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A BATTERY ISSUE AND A WIRING ISSUE I'VE GOTTEN BOTH ADDRESSED BUT IT STILL HAPPENS. I'VE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM CHEVY THAT MAY ADDRESS THE ISSUE BUT I HAVE TO SEE. MY CAR CURRENTLY WON'T START. TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 24,2019

I HAVE HAD MY VEHICLE FOR 2 YEARS SINCE DAY 1 I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THE VEHICLE FROM CONTROL ARMS, ELECTRICAL IN DOORS AND CAR SYSTEMS, THROTTLE BODY, STABILITY TRACTION CONTROL. I THINK THE CAR HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP WELL OVER 12 TIMES WITH AT LEAST 5 TIMES BEING THE THROTTLE BODY WHERE THE CAR JUST LOOSES POWER AND YOUR UNABLE TO DRIVE MORE THAN 40 MPH. IT GENERALLY WOULD HAPPEN ON THE FREEWAY. I WOULD PULL OVER AND HAVE TO TURN MY CAR OFF AND SIT AND THEN TURN IT BACK ON. THE ABOVE ISSUES WITH THIS CAR IS JUST TO NAME A FEW. BY THE WAY I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AT 27,000 MILES SO THERE IS NO REASON WHY THESE ISSUES SHOULD CONTINUOUSLY BE HAPPENING. I HAVE CALLED CHEVY NUMEROUS OF TIMES COMPLAING THAT THIS VEHICLE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT. I BELIEVE THEY HAVE JUST ABOUT REPLACED EVERY PART EXCEPT FOR THE BRAKES, ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION AND I A SURE THOSE ARE GOING TO BE NEXT. I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS VEHICLE HOWEVER, IT IS DEFINITELY SOMETHING WRONG. I JUST TOOK IT IN FOR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AGAIN AND NOISE FROM REAR END SOUNDING LIKE A STRUT. AND THEY FOUND ISSUE WITH KEY THOB CAUSING CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, LEAKING STRUT, AND BAD WHEEL BEARINGS. NOW THAT JUST ADDS MORE TO THE LIST. NOT TO MENTION I GET HOME AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS BACK ON AGAIN AND THE NOISE IS SLIGHTLY STILL THERE. I HAVE PLENTY OF RECORDS I JUST HAVE TO MUCH TO UPLOAD HERE, BUT IF SOMEONE COULD PLEASE LOOK INTO MY SITUATION. THIS HAS TRULY BEEN A NIGHTMARE. WE CANNOT EVEN DRIVE THE CAR ON THE FREEWAY TO FAR BECAUSE WE ARE SCARED WE MAY GET STUCK.

I WENT TO THE DEALER THEY HAVE A PART ON ORDER SEEMS TO BE A KNOWN ISSUE BUT I'M JUST OUT OF WARRANTY. I HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR 2.5 YEARS JUST OVER 35K MILES AND IT JUST STARTED.

ALSO, IT FEELS LIKE THE CAR IS KICKING OR FIRING BACK NOW WHEN I AM DRIVING. THIS IS RANDOM ALSO.
