SOMETIMES IT WILL CAUSE KNEES TO BE UP TO DRIVER'S CHIN. ALTHOUGH DID NOT LOCK IT IN THAT POSITION, IT WILL CHANGE LOCKING POSITIONS, THEN IT WILL LOCK UP. *AK
THE DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BRACKET THAT ATTACHES TO THE FRAME BROKE, CAUSING SEAT TO MOVE FORWARD AND BACKWARDS, WHEN APPLYING BRAKES. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS. *AK
WHILE DRIVING THE SEATBACK COLLASPED. THE DEALER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. *AK
DRIVER'S SEAT RISER FAILED, ENTIRE SEAT ASSEMBLY REPLACED.
WHILE DRIVING, DRIVER FELT SEAT ROCKING DURING TURNS. UPON REMOVAL OF SEAT, FOUND MULTIPLE CRACKS IN SEAT FRAME WHERE THE FORWARD, LEFT ATTACHING BOLD SECURES SEAT TO RAILS.
WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 35-40 MPH, THE SEAT FRAME ON THE POWER SEAT BROKE, AND ALLOWED THE DRIVER'S SEAT TO FALL BACKWARDS. THIS HAPPENED AGAIN ON THE 15TH OF SEPTEMBER. THE SEAT IS BEING REPAIRED. *AK
DRIVER'S SEAT FRAME BRACKET WHICH IS ATTACHED TO ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND CONTROL SEAT ADJUSTMENT HAS FRACTURED, RESULTING IN SEAT ROCKING BACK AND FOURTH. *AK

THE OFFICE OF DEFECTS INVESTIGATION HAS RECEIVED 375 REPORTS ALLEGING FAILURE OF THE DRIVER'S SEAT FRAME WHICH IS PRONE TO BREAKAGE AT THE LEFT FRONT ATTACHING POINT.WHEN THIS OCCURS, THE SEAT MAY TILT AWAY FROM THE RISER DURING ACCELERATING OR BRAKING.(SEE CLOSING REPORT)
