THE VAN WAS PARKED ON AN INCLINE AND THE ENGINE TURNED OFF. THE DRIVER LEFT THE VEHICLE AND WAS IN A RESIDENCE. APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES AFTER LEAVING THE VEHICLE HE HEARD A CRASH.
