REAR DRUM BRAKES HAVE RECENTLY BEEN REPLACED FOR THE FIRST TIME AT 136,000 MILES. FRONT DISC BRAKES HAD BEEN TO BE REPLACED TWO OR THREE TIMES BEFORE. DEALER HAS YET TO BE CONTACTED. *AK
VEHICLE OVERHEATS IN SUMMER WHEN A/C IS ON. TEMPERATURE GAUGE GOES ALMOST TO RED, AND A/C HAS TO BE TURNED OFF. IN WINTER VEHICLE RUNS COLD. HEAT COMES OUT LUKE WARM EVEN AFTER VEHICLE HAS BEEN RUNNING 3 HOURS OR MORE. CONSUMER FEELS WATER PUMP IS WOREN OUT OR THERMOSTAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.*AK

THE FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEAT BACK HEIGHT DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 202, "HEAD RESTRAINTS."
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: CONSEQUENCE OF NON-COMPLIANCE: SEAT OCCUPANTS ARE SUBJECT TO INCREASED RISK OF INJURY IN THE EVENT OF A SUDD STOP OR ACCIDENT.
Remedy: SHERRY DESIGNS WILL PROVIDE AN ATTACHABLE HEADREST FOR THE DEALER OR CUSTOMER TO ADD TO THE SEATS.
