WHILE STOPPED IN MY 1995 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 4 WHEEL DRIVE PICKUP (SHORT BED, STEP SIDE) I WAS RE-ENDED BY AN SUV (PATHFINDER) DOING APPROXIMATELY 45MPH. THE TRUCK BED CRASHED INTO THE CAB AND AND DENTED IT. THE DRIVER SEAT BROKE, FRAME BENT, ETC. THE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY.
CONSUMER STATED THAT WHEN ADJUSTING THE STEERING WHEEL WHILE DRIVING THE HEADLIGHTS WILL SHUT OFF CAUSING A DISTRACTION TO THE CONSUMER. DEALER NOTIFIED. TS
WINDSHIELD WIPERS WON'T COME ON OR WON'T START AT ALL
CONSUMER NOTICED AFTER TURNING THE WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH ON, THE WIPER WOULD NOT WORK. CONSUMER WOULD TAP ON THE MOTOR AND THE MOTOR WOULD START WORKING. TS THE MODULE ON THE WIPER FAILED, DISALLOWING THE WIPERS TO OPERATE NORMALLY. THE MODULE HAS BEEN REPLACED. *JG
CONSUMER STATES THAT WHILE DRIVING 20MPH THE BRAKE MASTER FAILED, RESULTING IN LOSS OF BRAKE FUNCTIONALITY. CONSUMER COLLIDED INTO THE REAR OF ANOTHER VEHICLE. TS
THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS COMPLETE SHUT DOWN WHILE RAINING CONSUMER COULD NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE ANY FURTHER. TOOK THE VEHICLE THE DEALER. PROBLE STILL EXSIST. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION. MR
FRAME AROUND BOTTOM OF DRIVER'S POWER SEAT BROKE, RESULTING IN NO STABILITY FOR SEAT. CONSUMER CONCERNED THAT SEAT WILL COLLAPSE IF INVOLVED IN A COLLISION.*AK
