WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR WOULD ONLY WORK ON A SLOW DELAY MOTION. VEHICLE INSPECTED BY DEALER, AND WAS INFORMED THAT THISWAS DUE TO A DEFECTIVE PIVOT DRIVE ASSEMBLY. DEALER REFUSED TO REPAIR UNLESS COST GOES TO CONSUMER. CONSUMER BELIEVED THIS WAS A MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT. SEEKING HELP FROM NHTSA. *AK

CONSUMER EXPERIENCED PROBLEMS WITH DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAG. DURING A HEAD-ON COLLISION IN WHICH THE OTHER DRIVER WAS GOING 65 MPH, AIRBAG FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE MANUFACTURER HAS YET TO BE CONTACTED. *AK
