The screen on the Cadillac CUE system has cracked/spidered and now has become a serious safety issue. You have to continuously fumbled around pressing buttons while driving. I have contacted GM numerous times and have gotten the run around. I understand that there are a few class action lawsuits still ongoing over this safety issue. Transmission issues. In Virginia in addition to other states with same issues. Judge IN Michigan order class action suit to go forward against GM. Virginia cars should added to the list of other 26 states identified by the court.

THE CAR HAS BEEN WITH THE CERTIFIED GM DEALERSHIP FOR 6 WEEKS A 2016 CADILLAC XTS WITH 1400 MILES DEALERSHIP MECHANIC STATES CAR NEEDS A NEW TRANSMISSION. GM HAS YET TO MAKE A DECISION AND WANT TO PUT A REBUILD TRANSMISSION IN THE CAR. THERE HAS TO BE A FACTORY DEFECT THAT JEAPORDIZED MY SAFETY AND OTHERS SAFETY ON THE HIGHWAY THAT GM IS NOT WILLING TO ACKNOWLEDGE.
