THEY SAID THE BEARINGS, SHAFT, BRAKE PADS AND OTHER ASSOCIATED PARTS NEED REPLACED FOR A COST OF USD1,832. HAD THE MECHANISM BEEN DESIGNED PROPERLY, IT WOULD NOT …
