THERE WERE NO EVENTS LEADING UP TO THE FAILURE. THE TRANSMISSION ON MY 1999 BMW 750IL SCREAMED, & ROARED AND LURCHED INTO FOWARD AND THAN NOTHING. NO FORWARD OR REVERSE. AT THIS TIME NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO CORRECT THE FAILURE. FROM ALL THE INTERNET SITES I HAVE RESEARCHED INCLUDING NHTSA IT APPEARS THAT THIS VEHICLE SHOULD …

FROM ALL THE INTERNET SITES I HAVE RESEARCHED INCLUDING NHTSA IT APPEARS THAT THIS VEHICLE SHOULD BE ONE THAT HAS A FAULTY TRANSMISSION AND YET BMW AND THE DEALER SAY NO AND DENY ANY LIABILITY.
