WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH UP AN INCLINE THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SHUTTER, THE CONTACT THEN APPLIED THE BRAKES AND NOTICED THAT THEY WOULD NOT ENGAGE.
